Ochamura Kirari is a premium Japanese matcha made from the Kirari 31 cultivar, a modern variety developed by crossbreeding Sakimidori and Saemidori at the Miyazaki Prefecture Agricultural Experiment Station. Produced by Ochamura, this matcha is known for its strong flavor, natural sweetness, and striking jade-green color.
